Defense attorney in Plantation cops mortgage fraud case suffers heart attack?

UPDATE!  Mr Walsh has apparently gone missing and now has an arrest warrant out for him as a result of the order to show cause. 


 I stumbled upon this yesterday...

Attorney Michael Dennis Walsh Order to Show Cause

I couldn't figure out why defense attorney Michael Dennis Walsh who's representing Joe Guaracino in the Plantation Cops federal mortgage fraud trial would be held in contempt till I found out that Mr. Walsh suffered a minor heart attack and couldn't appear in court.  Best of luck to Mr. Walsh and hopefully a speedy recovery as well.

    The judge has issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Walsh - he has been a no show for 2 days. The so-called heart attack is unconfirmed. He has been held in contempt.

    Mr Walsh despite what you hear is an amazing Attorney, Despite what you may think I would hire him regardless Mr. Walsh like other attorneys duties and this client and will go to no link to fight for his clients like some Attorneys. On his worst day at court I would hire me in a heartbeat
