As the title states, our sources tell us that the city of South Miami city commission will be calling for a vote of no confidence regarding embattled police chief Orlando Martinez de Castro.
I'm not exactly sure what the ramifications of such a vote would be if successful but one thing I can tell you for sure is that if the vote goes against the chief, it puts him one step closer to the door!
